In the beautiful forest of Kungsbäck on the outskirts of Gävle, there is a place for those who enjoy life — Mackmyra Whisky Village. We offer exciting and educational tours of our distillery and our well stocked Forest Warehouse.

Take the opportunity to visit our restaurant where you can try our whisky and enjoy good food, prepared with care from local ingredients. The courses are also specially designed to go well with whisky. We also offer food experiences for larger groups and whisky tastings.

Our experienced whisky guides take you to the top of the distillery and guide you through the whole process, from top to bottom. See how we make Swedish whisky with tradition and innovation in sweet harmony.

We then take a short walk through the forest to our well stocked Forest Warehouse. Here rest the personal whisky casks of our cask owners, awaiting the day when they are mature enough to become unique Swedish malt whisky.
